Day 14

Take your hands to your chest

and then push them up, lean back.

Lean back, back, back back, see

everything that is behind you and 

breathe.

 

Hold for a moment, moment,

moment, moment, moment

and come back up, slowly.

Bring your arms down to

the centre of your chest 

then walk your hands 

down your stomach, down

your legs and grip your ankles.

 

Head to knees, heart against your 

thighs and hold your breath until

you see galaxies on the back of

your eyelids and the cosmos is

screen printed on the things around

you.
